I don't like to make such blanket statements, but it looks like Quibids is better than BidRivals on almost all counts, if you are in the US.

If you don't win an auction, just buy the product at its full retail price and you are good to go. At BidRivals, however, you can end up losing potentially hundreds of dollars if you are not careful and win nothing in the end.
